• Day 1 – Arrival in Rimini, hotel check-in after 14:00, dinner and free evening.
• Day 2 – Breakfast, optional excursions (Bologna, Florence, San Marino, Mirabilandia, Mirabeach, Italia in Miniatura, Fiabilandia). Dinner, meeting with group leaders.
• Day 3 – Breakfast, leisure in the morning. Lunch/early dinner. Evening: Opening Ceremony and Grand Festival Performance. Closing Ceremony with plaques, certificates, diplomas.
• Day 4 – Breakfast, optional excursions. Dinner and leisure.
• Day 5 – Breakfast, optional excursions. Dinner and leisure.
• Day 6 – Breakfast, departure until 11:00 AM.

• The dates of the event may be subject to change, in agreement with the local partners and authorities.
• As the festival takes place in open-air venues, in case of unfavorable weather conditions the event may be cancelled for safety reasons.

• Accommodation in 3* hotels along the Adriatic Riviera.
• Standard accommodation: triple or quadruple rooms.
• Family apartments (4+2 beds) may also be available. 
• Extra nights: 47 €/person/day.
• 1 free person for every 26 paying participants.

• City tax: up to 3 € per person per night (applies to participants over 14 years old, payable directly at the hotel reception; for this package: maximum 15 € per person).
• Supplements for limited double or single rooms (upon request): Double room +7 €/person/day, Single room +30 €/person/day.
• Bus parking: hotels do not provide free bus parking. Parking is available in designated areas of Rimini, with fees up to approx. 20 € per day (depending on location and season).

• Advance I: 40% - within 20 working days after registration/confirmation.
• Balance: 60% – payable no later than 30 days before the start of the event or at arrival as signed agreement with the main organizer.
• All payments must be made by bank transfer to the accounts indicated by the organizers.
• Bank charges are the responsibility of the participating group.
•  Payments are non-refundable in case of cancellation by the group.
• In case of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, major restrictions), payments may be transferred as credit to a future edition of the festival.
• Payments to the main organizer are due only after the Participation Agreement has been signed.

• Discounted tickets for Mirabilandia and Italia in Miniatura, available through the organizers or the hotels.
• Upon request: guidance and support for additional services such as transport tickets, airport transfers, or boat trips.

• The program and fees may be subject to slight changes due to external factors (such as weather conditions or local regulations).
• Each participating group must prepare a performance of approx. 10 minutes (adjustable depending on the total number of groups in the show). Music and interpretation can be live or recorded on electronic support.
